The $93 airport transfer is per vehicle; group tours are per person. Compare the total for your party, not the tag.

The Petra ticket is rarely included: 50 JOD with a night in Jordan, 90 same-day, 55 for two days, 60 for three. Jordan Pass 70 / 75 / 80 JOD.
