What We Cannot Help With

We are not the tour operator and we are not the booking platform. We cannot make, change, cancel or refund a booking, and we have no access to your reservation — we never see it.

For anything to do with a booking you have already made, use the confirmation email GetYourGuide sent you. It carries their support contact and your booking reference, and they hold the reservation, the payment and the refund policy.

Before You Write About A Price

Every price here is a "from" price recorded on the date printed in the footer of each page, and it is the lowest available on the listing that day — a different date, a different group size or a different pickup point can all move it. If the platform shows you something else, the platform is right and we would still like to know, because that is how the figures here get corrected.
